Dr. Jose Avila, General Dentist
Jose M. Avila, DMD, provides preventative, restorative and cosmetic dental services including cleanings, fillings, extractions, periodontal disease management, bone grafting, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, dentures and partials, dental implant restoration, laser therapy, oral cancer screenings and teeth whitening. In addition, his office can typically accommodate dental emergencies on the sane day. Dr. Avila is accepting new patients age 12 and older.
Dr. Avila earned his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and completed a residency program at the Naval Dental Clinic Paris Island in Beaufort, SC. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Havana in Cuba.
Dr. Avila is a member of the Upper Pinellas County Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr. Travis Williams, Oral Surgeon
Travis Williams, DDS, is a dedicated oral health professional delivering exceptional care to his patients. Dr. Williams graduated with honors from the University of Tampa before earning his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he graduated at the top of his class and was recognized for his leadership and academic excellence. Dr. Williams went on to complete his medical degree and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Having grown up in South Tampa and St. Pete Beach, Dr. Williams is excited to be back serving the community after his years of advanced training. With his educational background, Dr. Williams is able to perform a wide variety of procedures including wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, jaw surgery, facial trauma, cosmetic procedures, and more.
Patients know Dr. Williams for his compassion, attention to detail, and commitment to providing the highest quality surgical care in a comfortable setting. Outside of work, Dr. Williams and his wife enjoy traveling, playing golf, and spending time on the water with friends and family.
