When I made the appt. for my 1st visit, I was not told that the dentist would be a virtual visit. In fact, when I asked the person who made the appt. whether I would be seeing Dr. Waterman (who was the dentist listed on my insurance website), he said yes. I did not see Dr. Waterman, so maybe consider having your staff be more clear that this practice employs virtual visits and the dentist who reviews the visit would be whoever is available virtually. That said, I found everyone I dealt with during my appointment to be very knowledgeable and professional. I have changed dentists a number of times over the years, and this was the 1st time that I was not asked to sign a form to forward my dental records from my previous dentist. That ended up costing me a small out of pocket expense, but I found it curious that the staff did not appear the least bit interested in obtaining my records.
I had an amazing experience today, even though I had a tooth extracted . Much thanks to Amanda, Dr Lee and Dr Amy for their work and compassion.
I’ve needed to go back multiple times because of what I needed done and everytime I go in every one I see is so kind and helpful. I have a Tbi so things are not as easy for me as normal people and they are very patient with me and that is cool. Not everyone is these days and that is sad😞.

The Dr and staff were very efficient and kind. I also appreciated that they could get my crown done before I had to leave town. They were great!
Had a cracked tooth that had to be removed, it was no fun but they got it out ! The doctor that pulled the tooth and Amanda were great ! Amanda did her best to help me get my payment financed and I am disappointed they would not accept my debit card which is what I pay all of my bills with ! There's approximately $ 2700 - 3700 per month deposited into my account and I pay my mortgage, truck insurance, power and utilities using my debit card !
The staff is great and the service is excellent.
