They don't take long to take care of what you need done here. I've never had to ait to long to be seen eiher.

I got the best dental service I ever had. Staff were so friendly and polite, Dr Luma was amazing and extremely professional , I didn’t have any unbearable pain while she was working on my teeth and really did an amazing job, her assistant Sara was giving full attention and was reacting so fast to make me comfortable. All in all my teeth work was like a piece of cake. Thanks to Dr Luma and Sara for everything . Actually it was the best dental experience and will return back to to the good hands again.

after relocating from the North 5 + yrs ago, I had a hard time finding a dental practice I trusted. let's face it, it's hard to find a good hairdresser, let alone a dentist. But finally, I am thrilled to have found Coast Dental. Dr Gheith and the staff are excellent. They are all caring and professional people, all the way from Arleen, the hygenist, to the assistants and front office. I have finally found a practice that makes me feel that I found a good home and they will take care of me, no matter what! I highly recommend giving them a try and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

I haven't had "work" done yet at this location in over 2 years, but before the dentist was WONDERFUL, and so far, I had xrays and poked/prodded to see issues and design my treatment plan. Everyone is friendly and kind, and willing to take time and explain, and I feel they listen to my concerns and fears (there is a reason I've had 2 root canals, I have been terrified of dentists - oh, by the way, Dr. Wells is EXCELLENT for root canal needs!!!)

They got got me seen as a new patient with an emergency right away, treated my immediate problem, then set me up with a longer term treatment plan. They are friendly and kind, not like dentist I have had before.

Our entire family uses Coast Dental of Zephyrhills because not only is the dentist, hygienist, assistant wonderful and knowledgeable but the office personnel are kind and knowledgeable about our insurance and what is covered. All around the professionalism is fantastic!

I have never had a numbing injection that didn't feel like a whale harpooning. Until now. I thought the first time was maybe a fluke, but no- she is that gentle. Even with the other work, I didn't feel like my jaw was going to fall off. If you're used to a horrible experience in the dental chair, this doctor is an amazing surprise. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We have been going to the Zephyrhills Coast Dental for years and have always had excellent service. Everyone from office staff to dental assistants and dentists have always been professional and accommodating. There have been quite a few dentist changes but they have always done excellent work. I have had many crowns done and all have worked out well. Have recommended many people to Coast Dental.

I have not been to a dentist since I was a young girl. I was afraid for them to see my mouth, however, everyone there was so kind and so comforting. I had to have 3 extractions and I was terrified, however, there again, their personal were so kind and so amazing to me, the whole thing went off with out a hitch. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

The Zephyrhills office has a great team of professionals with excellent service.

We are transferring dentists because our dentist of many years was retiring. One thing we loved about his office was that it was so clean. That was primary in our choice of your office. After meeting Dr. Pocola, we were sure we had made a good choice. You know when someone is going to put their hands and equipment into your mouth, you want them and the equipment to be clean. Not only that, but you want to feel they know what they are doing. After working with the staff, we felt "all was well" again.

I was terrified of goin to the adentist as I usually am. This phoebia kept me from the Dentist for 8years. However, I recently decided to go and get my check up over with. Im glad I did because everyone was super comforting and extremely nice. I felt comfortable and relaxed. It wasnt so bad at this place. I am no longer worried about going to the Dentist. I love Coast Dental and the people who work there. GREAT place if you are scared lol

I love my dentist office....

I receive treatments from Coast for periodontal disease. Arlene is sensitive and thorough. She saves me money whenever she can without compromising on necessary treatment.

I was going to cancel this appointment because of a migraine headache, however the person I spoke to on the phone encouraged me to come in. She said that the staff would give me as many breaks as I needed throughout the procedure. When I got to the office the receptionist, the dental assistant and Dr. Laun all asked how I was feeling and asked me what they could do to make me feel comfortable during my appt. I had a 2-hour appt. and Dr. Laun repeatedly asked if I was comfortable. I have never had a dental office treat me with such care and concern. It is certainly appreciated! Quality of work and care for their patients makes the dental office of Dr. Laun and his staff the place to go to!

I have never had even the slightest negative experience at Coast. Always treated with consideration and respect. I recently had a tooth break from my partial - it was sent to the lab for repair and arrived back, better than new, on the date promised! In addition, the dentist, Dr. Laun, discovered a problem with a very old filling in a tooth and suggested a crown as the solution. I spent three hours in the chair, and Dr. Laun was very focused on ensuring I experienced the minimum pain and discomfort. Moreover, the morning after, Dr. Laun phoned to see how I was doing!

I have been a patient at Coast in Zephyrhills for about 9 years, since we moved here. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lake (when he was at this office) and now Dr. Laun are excellent dentists. I especially appreciate that all procedures and options are fully explained, and no pressure is used.

I had a very high anxiety level when I went in- with the care and compassion of this dentist and his staff my fear and anxiety level decreased.

The experience was good i was taken in even tho i was told by phone to reschedule and missed my call.

I walked in cranky because of a bad toothache walked out smiling and happy and they were gracious to me even while I was cranky with them. They are very special group of people who work there.

X-rays taken by very pleasant person. Dentist was very nice. He took the time to go over my medical history with me. I can tell you I have NEVER had a dentist do that. He explained what he needed to do to correct what was wrong with my teeth so I could understand it. Going back to have the work done soon, so I will be rating the practice when the work is finished.

The dentist is much more important than the tooth fairy. The tooth fairy comes only after a tooth is "lost," while the dentist strives to make a bad tooth good. The main difference, however, is that the tooth fairy leaves money (never very much) while the dentist expects money to be given to him/her. I have never seen the tooth fairy. I see the dentist regularly.

One question you don't ask, is "Was everything we were doing explained to you". I'd rate that as very, very completely satisfied! Both Dr. Laun & Rachel explained everything very nicely as they went along.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They spent time with me explaining the procedures needed and were quite good at assisting me to obtain financing for the procedure. They were/are very professional.

Dr. Laun is the best dentist. He saw my son and now I am the patient. :) I have better self esteem and less worries knowing that my mouth is healthy.

A very easy experience made even better by the wonderful doctors highly recommend

Routine Cleaning/Gum Treatment; X-rays of two teeth.

I love everyone in the office. I just got a treatment with fluoride that I did not want and that's the only thing I have ever been unhappy about. Other than that everything is just fine. Great personnel.

Everything was exceptional; however, my bottom plate needs a slight adjustment for which I will call for an appointment. Thank you for your excellent care.

Have been using Coast Dental for years now and have never had a problem. Staff are excellent.

Consistently good service from the team in Zephyrhills, FL. I even had to make a last-minute change in the schedule the day before and fully expected to have to wait a few days but a few moves let me come in later in the day. Wonderful effort made to accommodate my schedule.

I thought the cost of the crown was very high. I thought I would have a choice as to what material to use for the crown. At my age I don't need one that is going to last 15 or 20 years. The other crown made of different material has lasted me for 20 years and still looks good.. I just think the cost of the crown was very high and a person should be notified of the cost before he is in the chair and work has already started.

Arlene did a great job of taking care of my teeth. She's quick but thorough.

Staff is very friendly and professional. I went in as a new patient, as an emergency and was treated the same day. I was treated like I had been a long time patient.

Over the years that I have been a patient at Coast, I have become accustomed to the highest degree of care and caring from both the professional and office staff. My most recent experiences were right up to that great standard.

I have always been fearful of going to a dentist. I had a bad experience once, something that always stays with me. I can honestly say that my visit was great from the time I walked into your office until I left. You have a marvelous staff working for you. Everybody was kind and cheerful and made me feel relaxed. Everybody seemed to work in harmony with each other. You have a special caring dentist with his patients. I intend to recommend Coast Dental to my friends.

Absolutely the best dental office I've ever been to in my life. I just started going to the office this month. I've gone for 3 visits, and needed some pretty extensive work, having not gone to a dentist in years. The staff is great, and Dr. Laun is wonderful! I've never been to an office like this. I like everyone so much, I even asked if they were hiring. I'd love to work in this office!

Office was able to get me in on an emergency basis when I suffered severe pain which turned out to be an abscess. Tooth needs root canal, so they went ahead and made an appoint for me for the next day with the endodontist - successfully done. Work on the crown will start now. If the experience is the same as several months ago when I had some crowns done, I will be as happy now as I was then.

Arleen took very good care of me. She took the time to fine out my insurance was used up for the year so I would not be billed unnecessarily. Appreciate her professionalism and excellent manner.

Absolute best experience I've ever had at a dental appointment.

Anymore it's almost as much fun going to the dentist as going to the zoo. The zoo is cheaper, however, I have come to realize.

It was the best experience that I've ever had at a dentist office in my 67 yrs. Everyone was very friendly & answered all my questions. It was the first time that x-rays didn't hurt. I have finally found a dentist that I like.

The only reason I will return is to complete my treatment plan. The dentist is awesome, wish he had a private practice and did not work for Coast. Office manager could use some customer service skills. Monica in the front is wonderful.

Completely Satisfied

Great experience having two crowns made and installed in very short order, and with virtually no pain during all elements of the procedure or post-procedure. Further, the next day, while out running errands on Saturday I received a phone call from Dr. Laun - to my surprise and delight, he was simply following up to ensure I had no problems! I have never had that happen before, ever. Dr. Laun is an extremely good practitioner, and real gentleman, and for a dentist has an endearing sense of humor }:-)

When I received my reminder call I was told that my visit would be $25 after insurance and the credit on my acct was applied. I ended up paying $58 for my visit and don't know why the difference other than the Hygienist must have done something extra hat I was not informed of the previous day.

Dr. Chuck Laun has the best personality and work ethics I have ever encountered in the dental/medical field! He is kind and truly cares for his patients. I love the way he explains everything he is doing as he is doing it, step by step. I have now followed him to three Coast Dental offices. I would not think of going to anyone else. Because of him, I have the most beautiful smile! Seriously, I get compliments almost daily since he's been my dentist! Thanks, Dr. Laun!

They are very thorough and did good work. Did not have to wait long at all either.

I felt very welcome and comfortable. They play awesome music. The personnel were very personable. Rachel the dental assistant was very nice. The dentist, dr. Laun, was perfect. I have been to previous dentists where getting general anesthesia was very painful, but I didnt even feel it when he did it! he stopped if I became uncomfortable. Wohld recommend him to all my friends and family.

Not only was the treatment provided by Dr. Laun and April of the highest caliber, Monica at Reception ensured that our insurance coverage was properly applied and the cost of treatment was less than I might have expected. This was the first phase (preparation for two crowns) but it was completed in a most satisfactory manner, and I am sure that when the lab sends in the final crowns and they are "installed", I will again be completely satisfied. I was also pleased that the partial that I had done at Coast some years ago can be reused as part of this treatment.

While never eagerly anticipated this major dental need was handled very well. Results seem good and personnel levels of discomfort minimal. No guestion that I would return should additional be reguired.

I feel very comfortable with the staff; Dr. Laun is very understanding and sympathetic to my needs and concerns. This is vital to an anxiety free experience when visiting the dentist.

My checkup went great! Arlene did a wonderful job, as always. Monica was her usual cheerful self, and Connie made checking out a breeze. At first I was disappointed to learn I had a new dentist, but Dr. Laun is such a great guy that quickly evaporated. Im looking forward to seeing him and the staff there this December when I go back. 11 stars out of 10!

Procedure went very well and had no difficulty with temp corwn until new one ready. However, since the permanent crown put on, I can not say the same. I am having a great problem with hot and cold liquids. A very sharp pain mostly with cold. Hope to recitfy this with the dentist.

I am very happy with the dentist and all the staff,however i'm not happy with your office manager.I felt she was very rude and did not care about my problem with finanical Stituation.I realize the problem was between myself and Genesis.She could have showed some respect and concern. Monica was very respectful and did all she could do.

My visit was very thourough and problems were dealt with in one appointment. More problems than I imagined but I am glad things were taken care of all in one day.

Met Dr Lawn. Found him a very caring and sensitive Doctor with a great sense of humor. He explained how I came by the pain. A cavity occured below an old crown. He took it off, cleaned it thoroughly and prepared me for a new crown. Took about 2 1/2 hours all done very professionally. Good Job!

Crowns

I ahve been dissatisified with Coast in the past. This time I had a very positive experience w/ Dr. Laun & his assistant. Very professional helped me deceide the pros. & cons of my treatment options instead of dictating to me what neede to be done. They did alot of work in a relatively short time. I have already referred a friend to Dr. Laun.

This week I met my new dentist, Dr. Laun. Although I will miss Dr. Lake, my experience with Dr. Laun was very pleasant. He kept me comfortable (offered me a blanket as he could tell I was chilly) and very at ease. He was very receptive to humor. I highly recommend Dr. Laun. His assistant, whose name I didn't catch (sorry!) was also very pleasant and accommodating. Although I did not see the hygienist during this visit, I did not change the response for fear of her getting a bad mark. My last experience with her was also pleasant.

Given excellent care. Only gave 4 stars because I had to wait a little longer than normal for an appt.

Dr. Laun (Charles) at your Zephyrhills office is possibly the best dentist that I've ever had the privilege of using. He proved to be completely knowledgeable as well as sensitive to the needs of his patients. I had previously had teeth removed and the lower dentures ordered/delivered from this office with a different dentist and I was 2 months waiting for the finished dentures. I almost did not go back to your organization when I was ready for the upper set of dentures because of that episode. I'm glad I went back and talked with Dr. Laun, after relating the above story to him, he assured me that this time it would be different. They made the impressions, set a date for a few weeks later, and the day of my appointment - 3 extractions, new dentures in place and out the door in less than an hour - AMAZING !!! Your patient care coordinator Rachel Kimbell and Dr. Laun have truly made my latest dealings with Coast Dental a totally enjoyable and satisfying experience.

procedure was painless and appears to be working

my appt was changed from 1pm to 9am. did not understand that because it was 10:30am before the doctor even came into my room. after the procedure and more wait time, I spent 4 hours for something that did not take 1 hour to complete. I had the day off from work which was a good thing, otherwise, I can take off that time unpaid from my job.
