Dr. Tiberiu Riconte, General Dentist
Tiberiu Riconte, DDS, is a dedicated and compassionate dental professional serving his community with excellence in general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Riconte pursued his passion for dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry after completing his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Houston. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Riconte has dedicated himself to providing comprehensive dental care, focusing on preventive measures and the aesthetic restoration of smiles. His expertise in a wide range of dental procedures includes all general dentistry procedures, cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, crown & bridgework, All-on-4 prosthesis, veneers, whitening, and more.
Dr. Riconte began his career as an associate dentist immediately after dental school, where he honed his skills in a family practice setting in Houston, TX. Shortly thereafter, he embarked on a journey to open his own practice, the Bellaire Smile Center in Bellaire, TX, where he served as a general dentist and owner for 37 years. His commitment to his patients’ oral health is evident in his empathetic approach and his persistent pursuit of the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Now having relocated to Georgia, Dr. Riconte’s priority is not just to treat dental issues, but to educate his patients on the importance of oral health as a component of overall wellness.
Dr. Michael Quinn, Periodontist

Periodontist, Michael Quinn, is an experienced board certified periodontist who has been in practice for more than 20 years. He graduated from Clemson University with honors and received his dental degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a general practice residency in the Air Force at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana.
Dr. Quinn practiced general dentistry for six years and then pursued a Masters degree in Health Sciences and three year Certifi cate in Periodontology from the Medical University of South Carolina. In 2007, Dr. Quinn retired with the rank of Colonel from the United States Air Force Reserves. While with the reserves, he served on the Dental Advisory Board, operated a 23-man dental unit and lectured nationally on dental readiness during war time.
