TY for kind professionalism

Dr. Edwardo is everything you could want or need in a dentist. One reason he won my heart is that I had two other dentists tell me I needed a root canal instead of a crown. Dr Edwardo said it may need a root canal, but on closer inspection said it was not necessary and gave me a crown instead. This says a lot, not only about his ability and experience, but about his character. I hope he never retires until I'm gone. Staff is great, place is clean. Can't wait till another molar comes apart and I need another crown. Thank you!

Had emergency work done on teeth at Merritt Island Coast Dental Office was the best experience I had professional staff Dr Jose Eduardo DMD, & Assistant Gretchen, took extreme measures to make sure my visit was pleasant, safe, painless, with there 30 +years dental expertise! Also to Pat up at front desk who is friendly and personable, who I knew from Titisville South office for 10 yrs. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND there extensive services!! My dental work was 3 crown, bridge, extraction of tooth all same time in 1 office visit. Dr Eduardo is gentle, quiet but concerned and professional Dr. using the most modern technology In densistry. Had no swelling or pain from extraction. Dr Eduardo made sure my gums were numbed up!!!! Gretchen stayed right by my side making sure I was comfortable and readily accessible and made my temporary bridge to leave office which fit perfectly . Gratitude to all the staff emergency work done and I’m definitely going to make this office my Permanent choice for future dental work being done. Thank You so much!!??????

The wait was quite long, not in the waiting room, but in the chair, since I had the appointment changed to about 30 minutes later than planned, but since I did not have any other appointments that day, it was not too much of a problem.

Other than my person issue with dentist I feel I was in very good care. I guess this experience has shown me I have high blood pressure doing thing. I like the whole staff and even the Dentist is very caring during my treatments. Not happy with the needle part but I've had far worst treatments and can't really complain. Most of my issues are in my head so I like him as much as a patient can like his dentist. Staff is the best I have ever ran across also. Thank you all for having me. Soon I'll have a good smile again and will be happy.

Dentist was very thorough in the exam and explained very well what all he was looking at and what will need to be done.

I'm 65 yr old and this is the best treatment I have ever had at any of the dentist before. Although my blood pressure seems to say other wise it is my head doing that to me and not the dentist. I am very pleased with my dentist I have to say and surprised that he is being as gental as he can with me. I am concerned why he didn't put me out doing the type of oral surgery that he was doing. Seems it would have left me less stressed in the long run but that said I am pleased with my treatment and ALL of your office staff members. I thank you once again to each and every one of you. I have recommended your office to a few people by the way.

I arrived early and was taken ahead of time. LOVE Pat!

We waited nearly 2 hours beyond our scheduled appointment time before my daughter was seen. I stood up for about 1 1/2 hours because there was not enough chairs available in the waiting area while my daughter sat on the floor at my feet.

THIS OFFICE HAS SOME OF THE NICEST PEOPLE WORKING THERE. YOUR BOOKKEEPER IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL! AND THE HYGIENIST IS TERRIFIC. THE DENTIST IS ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE BEEN TO. It is hard to get someone on the phone when you try calling and it took a little longer than expected to have exrays taken and see the dentist than expected but other than that the nurses and the dentist are very good and friendly. Overall we like this place but would love it if it wouldn't be so hard to get a hold of someone when you call and length of time overall would be quicker. We've only been to one appointment so far but so far we like this place.

Overall I am satisfied with my first 2 visits. The wait time initially was over an hour, but I was told they were short staffed so I can understand that. The 2nd visit for a couple of procedures went well and the dentist was very gentle and friendly.

I was extremely nervous about visiting any dentist. The staff and Dentist put me at ease. From the moment I walked in to walking out I was treated with kindness and respect. All of my questions were answered and I was given a full explanation for why I was having tooth pain. This is a 5+++ star dentist. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I was so happy I made 2 more appointments to take care of the rest of my mouth. I will be returning without hesitation.

I walked in yesterday (9/7) just to see if I could fit into a cancellation soon due to a broken crown and Dr. Eduardo agreed to see me immediately - over his lunch time I believe. WOW.....and I am so grateful as I was set up for a transfusion today. Feeling much better now with my teeth and my severe anemia (MDS) tended to with positive results. Thank you!

It may not be noticed by the staff as they wear their white lab coats but it was unbearably cold in the office and treatment rooms, shouldn't have to dress for winter to see a dentist. I was surprised when getting my mouth X-rays that they were actual film and not digital, I did learn after that they would be upgrading very soon to digital imaging, this is good. The dental side of the visit was very good and was comfortable with the dentist and what he went over with me. I will continue with my dental care there.

I called in the morning about a tooth giving me some pain. I got an appointment for the same day at 2PM. An x-ray was taken for the Dr to review. Told him that previous dentist would pull the tooth since it already had root canal done in February 2015. Dr told me it appeared that crown was too high causing me to continually put pressure on the tooth. He ground it down, told me to rinse with saltwater, avoid chewing on right side and return in 2 weeks for follow up. Pulling the tooth was the last resort. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Thank you Coast Dental!

I got there early, they took me in right away. Got my cleaning done and got back to work a lot sooner than I thought I would. I have never had a cleaning this gentle with zero discomfort.

The people that work there are very friendly. I like the dentist and hygienist too. The only problem I had was the wait time. It wasn't the amount of time I spent there because it was my first appointment, it was the waiting in the waiting room. There was only 2 other people waiting and the first one had an appointment for 1:30 and didn't get called till about 2pm cause they were allay lunch. But all in all I like this place and I do recommend it.

Overall visit was good except for waiting time. We were there almost 3 hours. I feel they need more help.

I know that every office goes through delays and emergencies arise, but I have been very frustrated with the wait times and the time required for procedures on more than one occasion. I asked for an early appointment or late appointment to better accommodate my work schedule, but was told that these procedures are only done in the lunch hour time frame. I was also told that my son's procedure would take about 40 minutes. I switched my lunch schedule to accommodate your office time frame. I waited for 25 minutes past my arrival time/20 minutes past my appointment time before I asked the receptionist how long of a delay to expect. Once taken back to the office, my son got super tired of being in the chair for the appointment took another hour and a half. This was not because the procedure took a long time, but dental staff had to keep shuffling between rooms to attend to the overabundance of patients at that time. It seemed to me that the day was a little overbooked. I am very frustrated with this experience. I am hoping that our future appointments are less frustrating.

I have multiple sclerosis and the injections I take every day and steroid treatments I've had back to back had started breaking down my teeth to the point of missing one in the front with all that was left was the root. I love the kindness I was shown and they didn't make me feel embarrassed as other dentists offices have.

My only complaint is my appointment was for 10:00 AM and I had to wait until 11:00 AM without any explanation from anyone other than there was a problem with a patient. No length of wait was given. That was very annoying!

Process and people were good but charges are 3 times more than they should be. It may be the going rate, but that does not make it reasonable. My opinion is, if you dropped your rate to 1/3 rd you would get more than double your patients and profit. I realize you do not set your rates as you are a corporation, but you could send on my opinion,

Absolutely the best Dentists a person couuld choose. I adore Jamie my hygienist, she is the best I have ever had and would never ever change dentists. My dentist did such wonderful work and I was so comfortable while undergoing treatment I almost fell asleep. My visit as actually a joyous experience, and not many people can say that about a visit to the dentist.

Jamie is definitely the best! She is always caring, very pleasant, and very gentle when cleaning my teeth. And she is concerned about my progress with my peridontal issues.

I have to say, nobody really likes going to the dentist. As far as my experience I can't pick out one person who stands out, because everyone from the receptionist to the dentist was wonderful. I need alot of work on my teeth and without a doubt I will go back and refer anybody to this location. They were l knowledgable, compassionate, and sympathetic to my needs.And as much as possible, pain free. I want to thank everyone for a great job!

The staff was wonderful, Dr Ali was terrific. My only complaint was that I was asked to get there at 8 am for my 8:30 appt to fill out the paperwork, etc. That only took a couple of minutes. 2 more people came in at 8:30, I didn't get seen until 9 and was the first appt of the day. Overall, I am very satisfied and it was worth the wait. I look forward to my experience with this practice!

Other than waiting over an hour in your freezing waiting room for Shannon to be seen by the dentist, I have no complaints.

Although my app't was running late due to unexpected time needed to complete services ahead of me, it was okay. Jamie is a fantastic hygienist! She spends the time needed to do the procedure to completion without rushing to meet time restraints. What more can one ask? I know I don't want her hurrying through my dental procedure to make the next app't on time, so why would I not want her to do the same for the person ahead of me.. In all honesty, if Jamie wasn't there to do the work, I doubt I would come back. She is caring and considerate without apology. She is a keeper! The other people in the office are very considerate also, it is just I am partial to Jamie and Nancy because I have been in their services more.

I was kept waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. Not even an offer to reschedule, receptionist was chatting somewhere else in the office. Once I finally was called back, X-rays went well, I saw the dentist, I have a latex sensativity but he did not notice that on my chart. Had to wash my face. After seeing dentist, I waited another almost hour before I finally just left, it was after 5pm. My time is just as valuable as theirs and they should have offered to reschedule me after realizing that they didn't have tigime to see me.

I came in for a normal checkup with x-rays and cleaning. I came in at 8:30, second person in the door, and I didn't leave until 10:15. Took me back around 8:45. After they took the x-rays took about 10 mins to do the gum check, then another 10 to see the doctor. She said I was fine, no cavities. Then I waited at least 20 minutes until they came in and did the cleaning. I would expect to wait longer if I came mid-day and they were behind but being their first thing I would have thought it would have been less time. My co-worker went to another dentist that same day, got the same things done and was in and out in 30 mins. Makes me consider going elsewhere...

Waited way too long and the treatment plan was not explained to me at all...

Jamie is very personable and does and excellent job.

Noticed others in the waiting area, however I did not have to wait at all. I was seen right away and had a very quick but thorough visit. I was very happy when I had another small problem and they were able to attend to that as well. Saved me another possible visit in the future!

Had an emergency and was taken care of immediately. Great job!
