Dr. Ingrid Lee-Loy, General Dentist
Ingrid Lee-Loy D.D.S., completed the General Practice Residency program at Catholic Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington DC where she also became a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1989.
Dr. Lee-Loy provides family dental services to adults, teenagers, and children as young as 6. She strives to exceed her patients’ expectations and build relationships based on excellent service and trust. She is skilled in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. She has extensive experience in root canal therapy, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implant restorations, veneers and teeth whitening. Her goal is to help her patients have a healthy and beautiful smile.
Dr. Lee-Loy is a member of the National Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Maylen Mendez, General Dentist
Maylen Mendez, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist with a wide range of experience in patient care. Dr. Mendez earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UT Health Science Center of San Antonio. Prior to that, he obtained a Doctor in Stomatology degree from the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Cuba. Throughout his career, Dr. Mendez has worked in various dental practices, gaining expertise in different aspects of dentistry. As a general dentist at Lee and Milani Family Dentistry in San Antonio, TX, he provided comprehensive dental care including restorative treatments, cosmetic procedures, prosthodontics, endodontics, and digital scanning. In addition, he has experience as a dental assistant at Advance Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Odessa, FL, where he supported specialized dental procedures and assisted in IV sedation duties.
Dr. Mendez’s dedication to dentistry extends beyond clinical practice. He has been involved in education and community outreach programs, serving as a student tutor and interviewer at the UT Health Science Center of San Antonio School of Dentistry. He has also volunteered his services at Community Unity Day events and participated in the Cuban Medical Mission. Dr. Mendez is a detail-oriented and organized professional, fluent in both Spanish and English, and committed to providing excellent dental treatment to his patients.
Dr. Jeffrey Ingalls, Oral Surgeon
Jeffrey Ingalls, DMD, AEGD, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to Coast Dental as a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Ingalls attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia and continued his training with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Ft. Moore, GA. Dr. Ingalls completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, where he also served as chief resident.
Dr. Ingalls has fostered a robust practice focusing primarily on advanced surgical procedures, including pediatric surgeries, facial reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, trauma, TMJ disorders, pathology, and dental implants. He is known for his meticulous approach and commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Dr. Ingalls holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons where he is a fellow, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Outside the office, Dr. Ingalls enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including fishing and attending sports events. His dedication extends beyond his practice as he strives to ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of surgical care, driven by the latest advancements in the field and his profound commitment to improving patient health and wellbeing.
