I had broken a filling and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. They were able to schedule me the next morning. My experience was awesome at the Coast Dental Blair Stone location ... from my interaction with Holly at the front desk checking in to Tina, the dental assistant, to Dr. Commedore. Tina was super friendly and explained everything that was going to be done and answered all of my questions. Dr. Commedore was friendly and focused on taking care of my dental needs. Everyone was attentive to my needs and I would definitely recommend Dr. Commedore and her staff.

I've been visiting this dental office for a couple years now and I’ve had a few dental emergencies during that time. Dr. Good provided great education, a tender touch, and top notch bed-side manners during vulnerable periods of my teeth falling out. The quality of her work is amazing! The staff is always very friendly and considerate of my individual needs, they provide financial resources, scheduling flexibility and a happy smile. I wish that I had found this office sooner!

I called in dire pain and was given an appointment for later in the day but told that I could come in and they would try to work me in as soon as they could. One look at. E and they had me in quickly and found the "root" of the problem and got me on antibiotics and got treatment scheduled.

I am new to this area. From my first phone call to the office, to my actual appointment, I have been nothing but pleased. I needed work done in a somewhat expedited manner. The staff at the office scheduled my appointment, but contacted me to let me know there was a cancellation so I could get in sooner. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed fairly extensive work completed and Dr. Good was fabulous! She put me at ease right away. The procedure went very well with minimal discomfort. I highly recomnend Dr. Good and her amazing staff!

Overall, very positive. They were able to get me an appointment quickly and in the 3 visits I've been there, I've never had to wait very long to be seen. Doctor and front office staff were extremely accommodating to help me get the best price for my procedure (I used a third party dental plan, which was kind of a pain in their butt to deal with). I'm still a new patient (3 months) but so far, I'm VERY happy.

My previous dentist dropped my insurance in the middle of a treatment and I needed to find a dentist to continue it ASAP. Coastal staff were extremely helpful ... answered all my questions and got me in with no delay. I was even able to get some other necessary work done that hadn't been addressed yet by the previous dentist. If I had known the difference in the operation of the previous office and Coastal, I would have switched a long time ago.

I absolutely love this location ! Yesterday was my first visit , I was in excruciating pain when I arrived. I had work done for a crown. My appointment was for 2 PM and I was sitting in the dental chair at 2 PM. Dr. Good's assistant, Cindy, explained the procedure and answered the questions I had. Cindy was friendly and professional. I was prepped, Dr. Good came in, applied the numbing medication- she is great as the injections were numerous but I experienced no pain from them. She completed the procedure and left to see others. Cindy made the impression for my crown took X-rays to review. I have had a lot of dental work in the past, and believe Dr. Good and her staff to be the best I have ever had. The professional staff are excellent, friendly and well trained. The front office staff are exactly the same- friendly and professional. I trust all of them completely and would/have recommend Dr. Goods dental practice to all my friends and colleagues without any reservations. Coast Dental is very fortunate to have employees of this caliber as employees.

I was dreading just walking in for an unscheduled visit after I lost a large piece of tooth. The receptionist was very sympathetic, kind, and helpful, as were other members of staff. I especially like Dr. Good, as she was very professional and helpful on all counts.

I had to wait over 30 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back, with no explanation. This has happened with every appointment and really needs to be addressed. Dr. Good and Ramona are great, but proper management of scheduling is also a critical part of good customer service.

Service is great (Dr. Good is the best), but I waited for nearly an hour and a half before she actually sat down and did what she needed to do on me.

I had my crown put on yesterday. Everything went great and I am enjoying my new tooth.

My appointment to the Blair Stone Road - Coast Dental office - May 19th, was for fillings and a partial imprint. I am a 70 year old female who have had many visits to the dentist over the years but, still very nervous at the thought of it. However, Dr. Good and her staff was instrumental with getting me in and leaving me with a very positive and feeling of ease about going to the dentist. Not that I'm over it but well on the way.

Dr. Good is awesome. She's personable and friendly, and she also does a great job at making you feel comfortable and at ease. I've had several fillings and, each time, the work was (mostly) painless and super quick.The staff is also great and friendly and they work well with one another.

Dr. Good always does excellent work, however the person that removed the temporary crown, broke off part of my tooth, then she kept messing up the x-rays of the tooth. On the third try she said the lead vest was not really necessary so she did not bother to put it on me. I hope that does not effect me in the future.

My teeth are great and Dr. Good, Britney and Ramona make going to the dentist a fun experience. Thank you!

Everything went wonderfully well. The personnel are/were very helpful and I appreciate their expertise.

I was so nervous going in but when I walked into the office it was clean and comfortable. The staff all had smiles on their faces and we're so friendly. The room I went to had a full wall window that I faced while in the chair. It was nice and relaxing. Dr. Good was excellent. I really liked her personality. Everything went pretty quickly. I am so glad I came across this office. I highly recommend them.

As I have stated before, Dr Good takes so much pride in her works. Her and our staff has awesome personalities and it' always a pleasure to visit.

I was very impressed by Dr. Good and the staff at this Tallahassee office. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, polite, and cheerful. Despite a busy schedule, they fit me in and did an excellent job of fixing my problem. I have a TMJ disorder that makes dental work difficult. Dr. Good knew exactly how to deal with this issue; she was patient and attentive. I highly recommend this dentist and her team!

Dr. Good was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, very efficient, and very real with you. The only thing that was frustrating was waiting for an hour after my scheduled appointment to see someone. The office was short handed so this is probably not a normal thing.

I love going to this dentist. The only draw back is the price. All dentists are expensive, and this office is no exception. I have insurance, but it doesn't make a dent in it. Office staff have really improved - Ramona is excellent - the best dental hygienist around!

I am no fan of the dentist unless I can find no other way around going. I called in on a Monday afternoon with a potential problem. The staff was friendly and worked me in the following morning. When I arrived at the office, the office was very clean, the front desk staff was friendly. When I was taken back the clinician explained everything. When Dr. Good came into the room she was friendly, warm and put me at ease. Dr. Good explained my problem and gave options for treatment. Once the treatment plan was agreed upon she began the treatment process and kept me in the loop throughout the procedure. Once the procedure was completed, Dr. Good again talked to me gave me the treatment plan to follow once I left the office. I appreciated the friendly staff as well as the way everything was explained step by step including the pricing. Before any treatment started I received a full detail of the procedure, the price and what my insurance covered. I truly have never had such a great experience with a dentist office in the past. I will start by saying that I hate dentists…or at least I use to. The staff at Coast Dental are all very nice and friendly. Dr. Pamala Good is the best, great chair side manner so to speak! I have had trouble in the past with dentists not being able to numb me and not seeming to care. I had cracked a crown on a front tooth and was not looking forward to being in pain as I usually am at the dentist. Dr. Good took the time to hear my concerns and was able to put me at ease. She used a variety of things to numb the area she did work on. A little sting and pressure from the shots and no pain during the procedure, perfect! I have found the dentist I will use for life!

Excellent Dentist (Dr. Good)= great bedside manner, very thorough and informative.

Dr. Good and Jen did a fantastic job of recapping one of my top front teeth. It's indistinguishable from it's neighbors and they made a big fuss over how good it looked and fit. Dr. Good's entire staff is always wonderful about the health and appearance of my mouth. I feel lucky to be a patient there. I always leave thinking that I have received the best possible dental care.

Dr. Good is exceptionally skilled and caring, as is her technical and clerical staff. Her entire staff knows me and treats me like a family member. I'm convinced I'm getting the very best dental care. All my visits have been low stress, even when drilling is part of the agenda. I work at a government building right next door and I've recommended my dentist to several of my co-workers.

Dr. Good was awesome. I usually have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental offices but Dr. Good and the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that everything would be just fine. This was my first visit to your practice. I was very nervous because I had heard different things from different people regarding this group. I looked the company up online and was very satisfied with what I read. I called for an appointment and the receptionist was very courteous and helpful. when I came to the office, everyone was super nice and courteous. Excellent treatment from Dr. Good, as always. However, there was an hour wait past my appointment time before I was brought in to a treatment room. I understand that there can be delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, but I do think that when asked, staff should give an honest estimate of wait times. At 25 minutes past my appointment time, I was told, "Just a few minutes." I had to wait 35 more minutes past that time, obviously more that "a few".

I am a patient of Coast Dental for one simple reason...Ramona Vossler! I have been a patient of Mona's (my hygienist) for probably well over 10 years now. I have even followed her from one Coat Dental location to another when she moved. I had a VERY traumatic dental experience as a child, which has caused a severe fear of the dentist for basically my entire life. For years, just getting my teeth cleaned caused white knuckles and clenching of my teeth and hands. When Mona first began to clean my teeth, I explained my history and told her that it wasn't personal, but that I was simply going to be an irritable patient. I simply had a fear of the dentist. However, Mona's thorough, yet gentle, manner soon eased my fears. I can honestly say that Mona is the reason I am Coast Dental patient! She is AMAZING...

Came in at 8:02am for a 8 appt. Rushing because I was late only to wait in the waiting room until 8:12, before even seeing anybody even at the front desk. Could have used this time to filll out my new patient paperwork. Dr. Good was amazing and the assistant before her was also great. Hygienist was okay, kinda of condensending, but was very informative. Overall not bad.

I wasn't in the waiting room 15 minutes, when I was called back, to be seen. Once in the chair; my wait to actually be seen wasn't long at all. The necessary impressions were done; and I was on my way :-) Thank You Dr. Good & Stall for attending to my Dental Needs in such a Professional & Friendly Manner.

Upon my arrival to Coast Dental, I was extremely upset with myself, and worried about the state of my teeth. I thought I had made up my mind to have all my teeth pulled out. As I moved through my appointment, having multiple x-rays & being taken care of by the Experienced, Friendly, Comforting Staff, I then seen by Dr. Good. She took lot's of care, examining my teeth, looking at the x-rays, and counseling me on the fact that, lots of my teeth were not as bad as I had thought. Not only did Dr. Good calm me, but her Staff is as well. I left Coast Dental knowing I would be returning soon, and having the Best Care possible given my situation. No stone was unturned. My mind was turned around, and I am happy to say, I will indeed be keeping lot's of my teeth, and having replacements to take the stress of my "God Given Teeth." The whole plan worked up for me made perfect sense. I felt the stress & shame leaving me, as I walked to my car. Oh! Before I finish, Thanks to the Staff at Coast Dental, I was offered, and happily took one of the Finance Plans shown to me. The more I think about my visit to Coast Dental, the more convinced I am, that I have definitely made the Right Choice have Coast Dental help me with my Dental Care. I am one who is scared of a going to get my teeth worked on. The staff there made me feel at easy and talk to me all the way through procedure of getting built up on a hard to reach tooth. I recommend them to anyone. Very highly experience.

Overall, the service/treatment was okay. Would have rated higher if I thought the dental assistant better listened to my needs as the patient and checked on me a few minutes after administering a procedure while I had to wait for the dentist.

I am unsure if i would refer a friend to the practice. Treatment and care is good but wait time at clinic and time it takes to schedule an appt is too long. Would be in patients' best interest to hire another dentist to handle the workload.

The only concern is how far out most appointments are scheduled. Thankfullt, you took us in immediately due to the usual tooth growing which ended up being "wisdom teeth" that need removed.

Dr. Good took extra time and effort yesterday to save a tooth that I expected to lose. She really cares for patients as if they were part of her family. She also speaks nicely to me as if I were a friend or sibling.I hope to keep her as my dentist for as long as possible. I also have high praise for her staff, particularly Ramona and Holley. Ramona is the best hygenist I've ever met. She is ferocious with my routine care. I can't figure out how she can go after my teeth so vigorously, do the same for other patients, and not become exhausted. As for Holley, she is a 10 on the friendly scale. She remembers every patient. Don't believe me? Consider this: She saw me one day disguised by sunglasses and a full face helmet on my motorcycle, and yet she still recognized me, waved, and said, "Hi Ed!" I don't think you can train this level of friendliness into staff. They're either great people or they aren't. Congratulations on hiring great people. The only reason I didn't give all five stars is because I have to wait so long for cavity repair appointments...

I am very grateful to Ms. Good to take me in on a emergency toothache and making me feel comfortable and taking care of my situation. She has a wonderful staff that are kind, caring and gentle. Great dentist - friendly, knowledgeable, detailed office staff seem more interested in phone customers than those who are standing in front of them. Why don't you allow real magazines in your waiting room? Only COAST DENTAL magazines that are months/years old are a poor reflection on your corporation, not a positive one. Although the wait is usually not very lengthy, it would be nice to have something to read that isn't a veiled advertisement.

Ramona & Dr. Good are very knowledgeable and patient advocates. Unfortunately, dental treatment costs are very high.

Dr. Goode is wonderful, as is her assistant Jen. They are friendly, polite, explain everything that is happening, and have a very calming effect on somebody that had been traumatized by dentists many years ago. The lab is another issue. The first set of caps did not fit and I had to endure more impressions and the four temporary caps again. It took the lab three times to finally get my husband's partial correct.

I am very pleased with my care at this office. No complaints and I have already referred one friend.

Holly was pleasant/friendly/professional. Mona was effective and lovely as always. Only down side was waiting 30 minutes.

We liked meeting Dr. Good and the other staff. However, we feel that there should be more than one dentist to be able to see the doctor and get needed dental work in a much more timely manner. As new patients, we had to wait 5 months for an appointment. We'll have to wait 6 months to get cavities filled.

Wait time is often lengthy. Even when you're in with the hygienist, it seems like the wait is unncessary.

While waiting in the lobby, I had the opportunity to hear Tiffany on the phone and she was extremely polite, professional, friendly and helpful to everyone with whom she spoke. The hygienist and dentist were both extremely nice and my 10 year old daughter LOVES seeing the dentist. My only complaint is that we waited until 4:40 to be seen for a 4:00 appointment - but I understand at the end of the day, back-ups are bound to happen. Overall this was a very good experience.
