A peaceful, collaborative practice. They seem to care; they aren't getting rich being so generous. I was afraid of my tooth extractions -- I've never had any. I could have skipped worrying: The dentist did multiple extractions doing minimal damage and no pain. We are lucky to have Coast Dental here in Gainesville.

I was very pleased on this !st time new patient appointment. Veena took care of all my Xrays and checked my gums...very thorough and knowledgeable. Best ever! Met with Anne for my overall evaluation. She was very personable and approachable. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great hygienist ( Sasha) Helped listen to my needs including offering a finance plan to achieve the goals of long term solution to address missing teeth. Dr. Boehling is the best in her field ,I have confidence in the treatment plan she advised

Kristina was amazing in welcoming me in as a new patient making sure all my paper work was filled out corrected and ask if I needed help with anything make sure to let her know overall my first time visit was awesome with every STAFF that I had contact with that DAY AWESOME Job STAFF

Dr. Boehling was amazing very friendly I can tell just meeting her for the first time she love what she is doing and that's serving the patients she explain every detail the process and what will be taking place doing the EXAM

The dental asst, Haley, was very courteous and explained every procedure well. She also paid the utmost attention to alleviating discomfort when taking the 18 -ray shots. Dr. Boeling was excellent in explaining all findings as she evaluated my teeth and gums.

I received a same day appointment! I showed up in horrible pain, they did everything they could to take care of me and put me at ease. Everyone was professional and friendly. I will be back. I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you for your wonderful care!!

Great service

It went well. My gums are responding to the treatment and I will be back in 3 months for a Re-evaluation to see how my gums and teeth are at that time. Then the Dentist will determine what is next in taking care of my dental needs. I had too many years with no medical or dental coverage. I am grateful I got accepted at Coast Dental Newberry when I did as a new patient in October of 2016.

I was very dissatisfied with the long wait that it took to get an appointment we were a new patient and it took four months to get in . I called to book an appointment the first week in January and the earliest I could get an appointment was April 17 . But the service was excellent once we got an appointment and got to see the dentist .

Care was excellent, staff knowledgable and caring. Name tags/introductions for staff would have been helpful.

Overall I thought the dentist took her time with me explaining my entire dental plan, I felt like she really cared about the health of my teeth. However I didn't like that I had to wait an hour to be seen.

They are wonderful, from the girls at the front desk to the Doctor. They are very understanding and do not "judge" you. They out me on a list incase their was a earlier opening which was wonderful.

I went in for 3 filings, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The dentist is very friendly and profesional. I would absolutely recommend to my friends and family!

Had a good experience even thou I was scared I was going to feel pain, but did not.

I have had 2 appointments and so far everything seems good. Friendly staff. The hygienist and dentist were extremely nice and very informative. The waiting area was a little warm, not sure if the air conditioning was not working properly, but not a big deal. The entrance door to the exam area was quite dirty, scuff marks and such. Not a big put off, but cleanliness is important for a medical / dental office. Overall satisfied with the service.

Hygienist, Robin and Doctor were very friendly and explained each step. Doctor recommended items needed. I was very pleased with this visit.

Received great care and was directed to who I need to see next. Will definitely be back for the rest of what needs to be done!

My recent experience with Coast Dental was positive. Robin, the hygienist, was excellent, and the entire office staff were welcoming and professional. The only negative I have is the physical condition of the office. The walls need paint (a new color), the floor was dirty, and the baseboards were stained. Your appearance detracts from the great service your staff provides.

Doctor Saladi was sensational. During her inserting a needle into my gum she told a soft, gentle story that practically put me to sleep it was so calming. In fact I asked her if she could come to my house each night and recite that so I could fall asleep. She explained each procedure she was going to do during the treatment and her assistant was equally as thorough and calming. Her assistant (I forgot the name) was so kind and informative about the treatment. She assured me to raise my hand if there was any pain. Both were kind and sensitive women. I praise them highly, suggest you give them both a hefty raise. You don't want to lose these two.

I have bad periodontal disease of the gums. It is now eating away at my jawbone.The radiologist and hygienist made me feel the least pain throughout the procedures of the exam. They did not prolong the duration of the procedures, talked me through them, and gave me enough courage to complete the probing section. I will recommend this Coast Dental to friends and family. Thanks for their kindness and professionalism.

Everyone at this clinic is super nice as soon as you walk in. They're always all smiles, funny, and joking around. It's always a pleasure to go there. The dentists and dental assistants are always considerate of your time and schedule. They're always in a good mood and everyone gets along super well. Super attentive too. Makes me actually look forward to going to the dentist! :D

All the staff at Coast Dental are not only friendly, but always strive to give patients the best service. From the administrative personnel, to the dental hygienists to the dentists, everybody really want to take care of you.

my hygienist was very clear with my cleaning and tools that I need to purchase and use.

The staff at this office was very professional and friendly. I had an issue which was time sensitive and they helped me out made a call to my dental provider to get me squared away. I can only say nice things about the Tammy, Tracy Serina and Dr Saladi.

I've only been here once so far. The staff is friendly and professional. I trust my dentist's decision, which is the main reason for my 5 star review. She was thorough and answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with the staff, especially the dentist. He was kind and caring that I am very nervous about having my teeth worked on. He was very reassuring and kept checking that I was okay. I have never had a dentist that was so worried about me rather than just getting the job done so he could go onto the next patient. His dental assistant is as always personable and the scheduler is very friendly and pleasant to converse with.

After having a deep cleaning, I returned on 8/5/15 for my regular cleaning. I believe my hygeiniest was Robin. She was very nice, talkative and made sure I was numbed properly. The cleaning did not take very long and then it was my husband's turn. We were satisfied with the cleanings.

This was just a preliminary visit. At this level, everything is good,

Overall great experience. The rooms are more like cubicles so I do wish there was more privacy. Serena did my X-rays and was excellent at explaining everything. Being at the dentist gives me anxiety and she was very kind with replying to questions and concerns. The doctor was nice and I will definitely be back for my crown and filling with him. I do wish that the wait was not so long for my next cleaning appointment, but it was explained that she books out far in advance so I guess that makes sense. Thank you.

Everyone was great and I was inform of my treatment and how much it would cost.

I went in for an oral surgery consultation. Dr. Solomon was very thorough, made me feel at ease about my upcoming procedure and was very informative in regards to what to expect.

The surgery went great, I was calm and well Medicated..

I gave 4* because the staff was grate. They understood that I was in pain. I would have gave them 5* but I have yet to have any work done. I'll rate that after the pain lol. Of yeah, I came in early. It was an error on my part. They understood and got me in.

Had 2 teeth pulled. Dr. Panchal is very compassionate and understanding. Had a good experience. The staff is wonderful. I already referred my family to this office.

Extremely pleased with my first visit, from the point of scheduling my visit on such short notice all the way through the completion of a very complex root canal. The staff was very helpful and went well out of their way of keeping me informed during the procedure. And even though the office was facing an unexpected no show by their previous physician, Dr. Darshan Panchal gave me the up most attentive care, along with the knowledge of the best dentistry options available to me. I cant thank them enough for the commitment and dedication which they show towards their patients.

Thought I'd would never actually look forward to going to the dentist. But I really looked forward to my second trip to Coast Dental. Of course, going to the dentist it's on my Favorite Top Ten list of things I most want to do, but the staff made it a very comfortable experience. It's like everyone had taken a class in Niceness. All my anxieties just melted away.

Dr. Son and Serena are terrific. They explain difficult procedures well and help me make informed decisions about my dental care. I also enjoy seeing them when I come in - they have pleasant demeanors and provide great chair-side patient support. I appreciate their clear explanations and genuine concern. While I wish I didn't have to visit a dentist - I am pleased that I am able to visit this practice when the need arises. I would not want to go anywhere else.

The office was short a hygienist and advised me of this up front upon arrival. Staff was friendly, cordial and made every effort to not have my wait be too long.

Dr. Son and his terrific assistant (from Brooklyn - sorry her name escapes me!) are always kind, thoughtful, and caring. This is very important when one visits any doctor, and I appreciate their approach to patient care very much.

The cleaning experience was pleasant and completed in an expert and skilled manner by the hygienist. Everyone in the office acknowledged me including the dentist. Other staff who had worked with me on previous procedures checked my status to be sure everything was working properly. (new bridge) This is a great team of professionals who care about me.

Every thing was great, so friendly, everyone and nice. My only complaint would be that my apt. was at 11:30. I went early to get papers filled out before that time. It took over 2 hrs for x- rays and consultation., and those probably took about 30 min. The rest of thee time I was waiting. But was well pleased with every thing else.

only thing i saw wrong was the water cooler was empty and there was a new one in the corner. hygienist was great.

The experience was positive from beginning to end. I received constant reassurance from staff during a rather uncomfortable procedure that had been completely explained to me. They treated me in a professional, competent and kindly manner.

I don't ever write reviews but this time I feel compelled because I have been your patient since 2007 and lived in frustration for years. Your office was the most disorganized enterprise I had to deal with for me and my family. I would have moved if my insurance only let me. However, finally, after constant changes of staff you managed to surprise me. Your office is working GREAT for the first time in years! The front desk staff is awesome. You are finally able to keep appointments without rescheduling 10 minutes before I leave my own office to come to you. The waiting time is now totally acceptable. You can actually file claims correctly and are able to answer questions and help out when it is needed. The hygienist actually cares! Keep it up please! You are doing great and now I am not scared to see 'dentist appt.' in my calendar.
