Friendly staff, great customer service skills, very professional, good service!
Friendly and personable dental assistant greeted me and guided me through the first time patient routine. She orchestrated the whole process of meeting the dentist, getting me prepared for a filling replacement and assisting the dentist. The dentist was friendly and competent, and spoke with me respectfully. I felt comfortable. All in all, a great visit!

When I arrived at the dental office as a new patient, my nerves were all over the place. I did not know what to expect, but everyone from the front desk to the nurse who did all of the x-rays to the hygienist, they all were accommodating yet professional. When Dr. Michael Crovatt, the Teledentist, appeared on the TV screen in front of me. He too was very pleasant and informative. He explained everything well pertaining to my dental care. Therefore, I am comfortable in the decisions that I have made and will be returning on Monday to begin the treatment discussed. I returned Monday, had a tooth extraction and it could not have gone any smoother. Dr. Rosenstock preformed the extraction and the attendant made me so very comfortable. They were the best. They both explained everything totally to me throughout the whole process. The dentist was so so good in his profession, I felt no pain at all, none. So I am so thankful to the entire staff for what they did for me there at Coast Dental. I returned a couple of weeks ago for my cleaning, and that too was a wonderful experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you Coast Dental, see you next month.
