I high recommend the Mableton office.

Brittany is an excellent hygenist, and explained everything throughly - but I often had trouble hearing/understanding what she was saying. And I often had to tell her I couldn't understand what she was saying - probably because I am older and losing my hearing. And she was wearing a mask. And I never seem to see the dentist long enough. But overall, a good visit.

From Dr. Smith, to Dawn, the Office manager, to Brittany, the hygienist, to Rumi, the Assistant, to Natasha, the Front-desk Receptionist, professionalism and pleasantness exudes from them. I moved and picked this dentist b/c they were the only dental practice within a 20-mile radius of my new house that was open on Friday. The service was as courteous and thorough as I expect. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

I have been going here for over 4 years and they never seem to disappoint! Danielle from the front desk always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m a satisfied patient. I just stopped in for an appointment with Karina the dental hygienist and had the best, most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Customer service and quality service are definitely very important to the staff here. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I even like listening to him when he is in with another patient (especially children). Very good visit

This was my 2nd visit at the Mableton office for service. The first visit proved unsuccessful because of fear and high bp. Dr. Harrison had her hands full working with me to extract 2 teeth and roots left from a previous visit at another dental office. Dr. Harrison picked up on my anxiety and did a fantastic job in relaxing my nerves. She informed me of every step she made and what to expect with each step. That really took a load off my mind. When I grimaced from discomfort she was so apologetic even though she had nothing to apologize for. Dr. Harrison and her assistant had those teeth and roots out so quickly that i did not know she was wrapping the job up and inserting the stitches. After the extractions Dr Harrison took her sweet time to talk with me to let me know how to take care of my mouth at home. She was never in a rush. She never made me feel that I was just a number or a dollar to her. Dr. Harrison and her entire staff are geniune people that really care about their patients. I would recommed this team to anyone needing oral surgery especially if they are claustrophobic with high blood presure with a great fear of dentist like me. I had to give everyone a hug before leaving. I have found my oral surgeon for life.

Tina has been my hygienist for years and I am always pleased with her level of care and professionalism.

I love the dentist and all the staff at Coast Dental. I called with an issue where I had a spot on my tongue that had been there for 3 weeks. They were able to get me in to see the doctor on the same day that I called them on. When I walked in my dentist was behind the welcome desk and immediately shook my hand and asked what was happening and how I was doing. After explaining about my tongue he took me right back to examine me. My waiting time was ZERO! After looking at the place he told me he did not believe it was oral cancer but just to be on the safe side he wanted me to come in to see the oral surgeon just to play it safe and make sure. This made me feel so much better and also that he wanted to look out for my health and well being first and foremost by getting me an appointment with the oral surgeon made me feel very confident we would get to the bottom of the problem and not take any risk or chances. They are the best dental practice I have EVER been to see!

I came in to get two fillings on my scheduled appointment. As they begain to drill out one of the fillings it was too much so I had to have a crown. They were excellent in relating personally to me and being truly concerned withmy well being. Before doing any work they went over the entire cost and how much my insurance covered and detailed what my out of pockett would be. I couldn't have asked for nicer or more caring people to do my dental work. From the doctor, his assistant, to the receptionist everyone was beyond wonderful. Especially the doctors assistant or Hygenist I believe was very personal and reallytouched my heart with her openness. They permanantly earned my business!

Dr. Hartman is the best general dentist. He goes the extra mile in addressing the needs of his patients. Dr. Harrison is without question the best oral surgeon. I have the greatest respect for her professional work. I am pleased with two implants that were done by Dr. Harrison a few years ago. I am having a third implant by Dr. Harrison in a couple of weeks. High praises and appreciation for the entire staff of Coast Dental Mableton.

In all my 68 years, no dental office cared as much about my dental health as these people did. THEY will not let you go about your life with any gum disease or oral cancer, I tell ya! Dr. Hartman is SO careful and thorough! The lady X-ray technician is a joy to work with. And the hygienist, Terrence, is an absolute DELIGHT. I am a retired teacher and I learned things from each one. As for the office staff -- they've got your back! Oh, where were you 45 years ago?

I have always hated going to the Dentist. Coastal is the best I have found. The Staff is professional and efficient. Dr. Hartman worked on two of my teeth with very little discomfort. This was great. I cannot say that I am looking forward to my next visit, but I am not dreading it like normally do.

I was seen on time and the hygienist was quick and efficient.

I broke a tooth and was given an emergency appointment the same day I called. They fixed the tooth so it does not bother me and ordered a crown. I have COPD and need extra help with almost everything. The entire staff made me feel at ease and handled every need with with grace and speed. I am very impressed. They are 5 star in my book.

As usual Tina our family was extremely professional caring and thoughtful. She was very engaging advising of treatments and options. At several points during the procedure she advised what she would be doing and asked that if there were any discomfort to let her know. I am encouraged by her attitude and professionalism. My only criticism is the wait time.

I missed my last appointment so felt a little guilty calling on the spur of the moment. I was given a peridontal cleaning within two weeks. Within 5 minutes a cancellation occurred and I had an appointment that afternoon. The help is always appreciated and the Smile Plus program is a bonus. I have two family members signed up and will be back in 6 mts. Carol

I recently visited Coast Dental Mableton to get a crown put on my tooth. I was greeted in a friendly manner as soon as I entered. I signed in and awaited my name to be called. My appointment was set for 12pm and I probably got called back around 1215pm (a little longer wait than I prefer) but after that everything was smooth sailing. Both the dentisit and dental assistant were very friendly and encouraging and I'll definitely be back.

Appt was for 11AM, (mableton location) didn't get seen until 11:45. Was seen by Tina, she does great work but is very slow, very talkative and spend to much time with her clients. When you're on lunch and only have an hour kind of make you irratated.

This is the first dentist office I have been to with a level of caring so high. From the first phone call to seeing the dentist the staff was generally concerned about the issues I was having. Got me in the same day and relieved the pain so I could function again. I have found my dentist for life. Thank you

No doubt, the Oral Surgeon knew what he was doing and looking for, but he failed to explain his findings to me and did not take the time to answer ANY of my questions or address any of my concerns. It was not enough to be told that I did not have oral cancer;it was never explained what WAS (and still is) going on with my gums. I feel he gave me the bare minimum, yet, I paid the maximum. In a word, I feel cheated..

Everyone was fantastic, especially the receptionist, who went way beyond her duties to help me.

The office manager needs to be mindful of customers time. She appears to be more concerned about explaining bills on the phone than interacting with people in the office.

I actually got in there at my scheduled time and it was (as usual) a nice, thorough and friendly visit. I was in and out within an hour.

I've always had great fear of the dentist office. The sounds, the smells and the needle would put me in a panic. I felt none of that. From the time I made the appt on the phone with Dainelle, the xrays with Tanasha and the exam with Tina i was very relaxed and treated very well. I'm so glad to know that I can now go to the dentist and get the proper care I need and not be afraid.

Overall fine. I didn't like that there were several add on's to my bill that I did not request, but had to request to have them removed. Seemed like they were trying to upsell me on services I can not afford.

Got there at 10:50 for an 11AM appt and was not seen until hour and 15mins later. The front desk person came out close to 11 and said they were waiting for a room to clear and would be back to get me, which was hour later. Beside the latness; hygenist Tina was great an got me out very quickly. Was very appoligetic.

My husband and I were there 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time,(10:00am). I had filled out forms prior to appointment by downloading on internet. We waited over 1 hour. We had another appointment scheduled at 12am. This was an appointment to do the ex-rays and check up part of our teeth cleaning which is scheduled for Mar 25. I also had a loose bridge which had to be cemented back in place. We had to have the appointment rescheduled to be all done at the Mar 25th appt. They were able to cement my bridge. They had to take an ex-ray of my left side teeth before re cementing. I was charged for this. This charge would have been covered as part of my free ex-rays had they had the time to do the appointment as planned. I was very disappointed when I was charged $139. to have a bridge cemented in!

Was greeted promptly and friendly. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment time and once back with hygienist waited another 20 minutes while she fiddled around with file and getting treatment paperwork. She is a nice person, but rather slow in my opinion.

Every since I walked into the office to ask about Dental plans and make sure that my insurance could be taken. Everyone at Coast Dental have been polite and very nice to me. I am thankful for their understanding that I was in pain and the great help to try and relieve the pain.
