Dentist Office: Poinciana, Kissimmee 34746

This is my first time ever writing a review, I just had an appointment yesterday to get 2 of my teeth extracted.(I’ve never had any teeth taken out) This coast dental took the best care of me and I really want to give props to the 2 ladies that were working on me we spent a long time in the same position but they made sure I stayed as comfortable as I could be and everytime I started to feel pain they stopped and we handled it. I am going back again this week and will continue to go to them for my teeth work! Thank you guys so much 😊 I also want to give props to the receptionist, she was very understanding and was super helpful with anything!

It was my first visit to this Dental Office. I made an appointment for teeth cleaning in the morning. My first impression was seeing the small waiting room filled with patients upon entering the place. I was called in within 5 minutes of my arrival. The office was fully staffed, clean, and well-organized. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The ventilation in this office should be better, however. They examined my teeth carefully and in great detail, which I had not experienced in other offices. My hygienist did an excellent job of analyzing and cleaning my teeth. They spent about 2 hours on me including x-rays and deep cleaning on one side of my teeth. They set up a plan to treat my teeth. Not surprisingly but understandably, it came up with a price, which I was not prepared for before going to this office. Overall, I am pleased with this visit. I have been scheduled to have some more visits and I would update my review when necessary.

My son was happy with the cleaning very good staff only thing I have to stay outside wait for him the room was to small can fit 2 people.

Dr. Melendez and some of the assistants were very patient and supportive as we gave my body time to be ready for the dental work. I appreciate their consideration and efforts to keep me safe and comfortable.

Maria is so thorough, I’ve been going to another dentist and they Literally was just brushing my teeth ! Maria took the time and gave me a deep cleaning! The best cleaning I’ve ever had

Very welcming staff for new patient Its effeciency is excellent. Clean enviroment , kind friendly staff but top on professionally attenentive and informative. They work on monthly payment that is affordable in my behalf When I was there on my first visit today , Tiffany dental tech .The front desk Maria hygienist and Dr K Gilbert are fantastic I would highly recommend to anyone on a look out for their future dental choice

The girls at front desk: Noemi, Shirley and Giselle and the best hygienist.. Maria Josè Rojas!! Simply the best!! Always make you feel welcomed and confortable. Always have a smile. Highly recommend this place because of them.
