Dr. Aspinwall is very good. Staff is very busy but try to be helpful. Waiting time varies. But hygienist leaves a lot to be desired. She is slow and concentrates on paperwork. She lacks people skills and doesn't clean your teeth very well at all.
Everyone was so friendly. The Dentist and the dental assistant were very gentle and explained the process as they went. Mindy the hygienist was amazing
I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months. This time I had A young lady do my cleaning. Marissa? She was so thorough and informative, positive and reinforced my teeth habits!
It is so nice to know that I have a dental office with integrity. They only charge you for what you actually need and what they actually do. An example is, they gave me a proposal for a new crown and build up. Which I accepted. Upon removing the old crown, Dr. Starner discovered that no build up was required. I was only charged for the crown. I would not have known the difference and I am sure that a lot of other dentists would have charged the full amount since the proposal was accepted. Integrity is in short supply in today's world.
