My daughter and I loved the way we were treated at the time of our visit. All the staff was very polite and kind. Amazing customer service over the phone as well. I highly recommend this office to others.

The hygienist was comfortable this time and settled into his new role. He spoke only a few words and when asked if we had cavities he said, "I didn't see any." We waved goodbye to Dr. Helms and rescheduled our six month appointment. Katie was very thorough, professional and friendly.

Although initially coming only because it best suited my insurance needs, I have chosen to stay at Coast Dental due to the professional, clean, no-pressure, and positive atmosphere which is here, which, when combined with top-notch service provides one of the best dental experiences.

Went in for a deep cleaning and the guy was very patient and sweet and did a fantastic job

Great service, clean. I felt they did a thorough job. A little slow on the wait times. Every time I've have had to wait at least 30-1hr past my appointment time. I also felt like I had to be proactive in asking questions to get the full detail of what the procedure was going to entail, why they were doing it, the severity, etc.). Would have been nice to get the rundown beforehand. Dr. Helm is usually very good at that and at explaining things simply for all to understand. Overall, great service, would recommend.

Other than initial appointment confusion and wait time, this is a great dental office.

It's always nice to walk in a dentist office and feel like part of the family. I only see them twice a year but nice to catch up with them and their families. The hygienist does a great job cleaning and it was nice to find out she'll be having a baby but be back in time for my next cleaning. The office is always busy but they manage to keep up with all the appointments in a timely manner.

Went there to have the endodontist examine possibly provide a root canal to a molar. The dentist was friendly and efficient. My tooth was not worth saving, so I did not experience a root canal. The staff was friendly and the office was running on time. I would go back again.

Imagine...Friday, 1 week from Christmas, biting into a piece of pizza and having your front tooth break in half. The fear of having to go through the holidays, being seen by clients, family and friends. I made one call and was in the chair within an hour having not only that problem resolved but many others that I had been putting off for years. I believe both Charles Helms DMD and J had holiday plans with family and friends but chose to stay after hours until they completed the work with no short cuts. Thank you all!!! I will be returning this Thursday for additional work. I have, and will refer these professionals to family, friends and associates.

Jay made it more informative and relaxing for me. He is a true asset to me and the main reason I will return and have major work done. The office staff and Dentists there are beyond what I have ever experienced. I have been so afraid of dentists but felt so comfortable there. Highly recommend them.

Dr Goldberg is an amazing Endodontist! He made me feel so at ease and communicated throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. He doesn't try to rush or act dismissive in any way, as I have experienced with other dentists. He is someone I would recommend to friends and family. He was very understanding with my limited opening with TMJ but knew how to work with me and the procedure went well and faster than I expected. Thank you Dr Goldberg s d see you again in January! The staff is really great too, friendly, helpful and just amazing service!!

Dr. Helms and his assistant Marvin helped me get through the worst toothache I ever had. I was able to walk in the same day I called and get my aching tooth extracted the same day. I have been in the care of Dr. Charles Helms for over four years and have always found him and the staff to be personable, informative and professional.

I moved dentist and this was my first visit. The staff was super friendly, I rescheduled twice and that was easy. I also appreciated the text reminders about upcoming appointments, they were frequent but not too many.

WeenShella has kept pushing me to do better on my cleaning and flossing and she finally succeeded. She is very friendly but forceful enough in trying to improve your dental health. Kudos to her.

I had my cleaning scheduled and it was on the same day as my home purchase. They were able to do the exam and clean my teeth on time that I made my appointment with my realtor without skipping a beat. My hygienist and dentist were accommodating and kept me calm. My teeth we're sparkling!

I appreciate coming to Coast Dental because the building is always clean and the staff is friendly. They thoroughly explain all procedures and the associated cost. I also appreciate the way they offer financial options to be able to afford their services. The only thing I find somewhat negative is patients tend to be their too long during a scheduled appointment.

Been coming to Coast Dental for years now, the staff is great and fun to be around, even if the procedure is going to take all day it never really feels like a problem because everyone is in good spirits and super accommodating.

My crown fell out while I was eating something yesterday. I immediately called the office and they got me in within the hour. They took care of me quickly and with great care. Experienced, gentle and excellent endodontist. I would recommend anyone who is nervous about having root canal done as he is the most caring endodontist.

The hygienist has been with Coast Dental for approx. 1 year. I have been a patient of Dr. Helms even before he contracted with your company. She is by far the best My wife and i have been seen by. She has a great personality and work ethic. She is very thorough and takes pride in her profession.

The Dental Hygienist was extra busy which caused a me to have a 12pm appt. and not leave until 3pm. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I did get xrays and exam from Dr. Helms , a Dentist I have gone to for years. The Facility needs some renovation . All the office personnel are very friendly and Professional.

I hadn't been to a dentist in many years and was terrified to start again. The staff at this place are fantastic and the advice and the ability to work around my budget made me extremely happy. I have already recommended their office to two of my co workers. Thank you!!!!

I had an emergency root canal that was bothering me so bad, so i went to my dentist and they could not do it cause it had a cap on the tooth already so they gave me a list of specialist to pick cause he said to me that this needs a professional to do the root canal cause they have to drill through the cap.Well i pick up the phone and made some calls and every specialist were busy except for Dr Goldberg over at Coast Dental.When i got there everyone were so nice and Dr Goldberg did an excellent job i did not feel no pain and believe me when i said no pain i mean nothing at all.I had previously done six root canal before and this one was the best and i will do it again and again if i have to.This Dr is amazing,we jokes and we laugh and we talk about the Superbowl.Thank you so much to everyone over at Coast Dental you all deserve a five star.

I called late morning for an appt for a root canal and by 4:00, it was done. Nice staff, empathic Dentist, great work. Pain is gone.

The Hygienist is why I'm there.

She was excellent. Took her time to make sure she got everything done. Verbally went over when at should be doing post cleaning and challenged me to be better by the next time I saw her.

My experience at Coast Dental was great, everyone there are very friendly. They made me feel like I have been a patient there for years. Dr. Goldberg and Helm made sure that I was very relaxed and informed. They let me know everything that was going on with my teeth and every step that I needed to take to improve them. Went to get a chipped tooth checked to see if nerve was affected and determine if a root canal was necessary. Service was courteous & friendly and we did not have to wait long to be attended. The dentist was informative,knowledgeable and efficient. A root canal wasn't necessary and we were on our way out shortly after. Good service.

Everything was satisfactory but there was residue left from making the impression and one temp wasn't cemented and it came off and I had to return the next day. All was well after that.

My overall experience today was satisfactory. I did have to wait for some of the procedures due to the doctor running behind schedule. This however, I believe was due to a patient conflict.

Very thankful that I was seen on the day before Thanksgiving! The doctor explained everything very clearly and helped me make the right decision. The final crowns fit perfectly and have not given me any problems.

Staff is always friendly and professional. All rooms are clean and well maintained. Music makes you feel like you're at home. Service is great, and everyone knows what they are doing with a positive attitude. I always feel welcomed.

Went in as a walk in new patient, and left within 3 hours. They were very fast, friendly and funny. The receptionist was patient with me and went beyond her duties to contact other sources to verify my insurance. Very knowledgeable and I enjoyed my visit.

It was really easy to schedule my appointment and receive my confirmation email. Staff was very gentle and personable. I wish the equipment looked cleaner and spotless (Lots of specs on the equipment and face shield on hygienist).

The entire staff was very friendly. My only concern is that my scheduled 8:30 appointment did not begin until after 9:00 and with several interruptions, my new patient visit was not completed until well after 10:00. I was required to make a separate appointment to see the hygienist for a cleaning, so we shall see how efficient that visit is.

the dentists are great, the staff is helpfull. But the office looks old and some places look very worn out.

Dr. Helms and Staff provided the usual Professional, Friendly,and Honest Service to correct my immediate older loose crown problem. Dr. Helms always easily communicates the Problem and his Honest solution.

This was the first time I'd been to the dentist in all twenty four years of my life. The staff was very friendly, helped me with my nine month old son, the dentist even made me laugh often to help ease the tension. Thank you sooo much!

I must say, I was completed impressed with every person who handled me at this office. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I have already recommended the place and even if I move further out, this is my new dental office! I have been to other offices, big names in central Florida, but the dentist and the staff were very rude and treated me like an ID number, not a patient. Here was completely different. I am very grateful for the experience.

We have been patients of Dr. Helms for some time even prior to him joining Coast Dental. We chose to follow him in his new endeavors because we (wife and I) appreciate his integrity as a dentist. He is professional, courteous, and honest. His staff has always been helpful concerning billing, scheduling etc. This was our second cleaning by his dental hygienist. She appears to be very attentive to her job and is very personable.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years and I was kind of scared. But the dentist made me feel really comfortable and made sure I was ok through out the whole treatment.

It's nice how my cleaning procedure is explained before and during treatment. I felt very comfortable knowing what steps would be taken and what precautions I will need in the future. This staff is concern with their patience and very respectful.

Dr. Helms is a nice man, but he talks too much. I sometimes feel like telling him to stop talking and concentrate on his work.

Dr. Goldberg was fantastic. He was sensitive to my needs and made me feel comfortable. He knew exactly what to do and ensured everything is right. He was willing to stay past closing time to do this for me as well. I appreciated it. Thank you very very much.

This was the most pleasant dental encounter in my life.The process was quite good and efficient. I was very impressed from the consultation through the completion of treatment. I was referred to thid office from the Coast dental office on Orange Ave & Holden in Orlando. The expertise and professionalism of the Metrowest loacation would lead you to think they had no affiliation. I expressed my high anxietys and low tolerence to pain to Dr. Goldberg he listened very attentavely and set me at ease as well as prescribing me medication prior to treatment. Unlike the other Coast Dental office where the Dr. listened to me but appeared to not address the issue. Dr. Goldberg seem,quite confident ,knowledgable and reassuring in his treatment. My root canal went very well with very little discomfort if any. The staff was very nice, attentive and professional. The other forementioned office and Dr. could learn a lot from that location. I have had nothing but one issue after another from the Orange Ave location. From subpar treatment to ssuspicion of being overcharged with my dental insurance benefits misinterpred or ignored. Hats off to Dr. Goldberg and the Metrowest office staff. Thank you a million.

I was in the chair at Coastal yesterday for 31/2 hrs. as I am having extensive work done on my teeth. I have never had a dental experience like this before. The staff was great and Charles my Dentist and Marvin my Tech were terrific to me. I have many problems when it comes to going to the dentist and believe be when I say, I am not concerned about going back next week - EXCELLENT JOB BY ALL AT COASTAL

I love all the services I get from that clinic so far. Except one of the receptionist should be a little nicer when dealing with guess! I really the root canal I recently got there, it's so amazing!

During my visits, Doctor Charles Helms and staff are always friendly and professional. I am personally afraid of going to the dentist but once I get to the office the staff makes sure that I am welcomed and relaxed before they start a procedure. I would be happy to recommend someone to Dr. Charles Helms and his staff.

Dr. Helms and Dr.Goldberg are the ultimate professionals. They made me feel comfortable and explained my course of treatment in terms I understood! I had 5 root canals Thursday5-8-13, Dr. Goldberg was fast and the proceedures were minor pain. Friday 5-10-13 Dr.Helms post temp crowns and 2 extractions, he was so entertaining and made me comfortable and relaxed. The staff here is amazing! Katie was a huge huge help in getting my extensive dental work done! I cannot sing my appreciation and gratitude for the entire staff! Thank you!!!

EVERYONE at the Metrowest sight is amazing! Dr.Goldberg and Dr. Helms are the most personable and professional! They ROCK! Gina, Katie, Giavanna, Melvin, MaryBeth were wonderful! They made me feel like a member of their family!

I had an appointment on Monday, for which I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. Then, when I was taken back, I was told my permanent crown had not actually arrived, so I had to make another appointment. Everyone was apologetic about the waste of time. And I was able to make an appointment for the Wed. They also called me on Tues. to confirm receipt of the crown. Wed., they put on the crown, and were very nice. Mary & Dr. Helmsford did a great job, that was timely. They listened to me about not needing anaesthetic, and about how to make sure the crown fit without the Snap-on Smile first.

I went into the office, prepared to be in pain, even before my appointment started. I had 5 bad teeth extracted, and only 1 thing :-) would have changed my opinion on my visit to the Coast Dental Dentist office..... Not to have gone in the 1st. place, because I'd have perfect Eric Estrada teeth (I think his perfect teeth are real?).. Thank You.

I am a very satisfied customer. All of the staff members are very nice and Dr. Helms is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very honest with your needs. He doesn't try to encourage anything that you don't need. Neither does he push you to do anything. He tells it like it is and you decide what you want.

I have 3 issues. They were so busy trying to scare me into an expensive root canal that they never even looked at the filling issue. I need 1 crown and 1 filling. Period. I don't need a root canal, or 2 crowns. I have limited funds, and must choose. I do not appreciate scare tactics to separate me from my money. Also, they charged for an Emercency, when I called on Monday & got an appointment for Wed. The person asked why I cared bc it wasn't coming out of my pocket; my insurance would pay for it. But that is FALSE--it does come out of my pocket--as a taxpayer!! I want 1 crown, 1 filling, and that charge removed.

I went for my consultation and I am one of those people who is petrified of going to the Dentist. I also have trouble with panic attacks. I went into the office so scared and unhappy and came out calm and happy. The entire staff was considerate, friendly and professional.

Great service but just concerned I didn't need crowns. Felt like I was "sold" on crowns and could got fillings instead.

I had 3 root canals and was not prescribed any pain pills. I was told to take 3 advils every 3 hours. I ended up at home in a lot of pain. It would have been easier to prescribe me a pain killer where I only had to take one pill every 6 hours.

All work completed by Coast Dental is of excellent quality and all the personnel are very professional, friendly and kind. There seems to be a need for better management of time, however, to avoid seemingly excessively long wait times. This has happened both times I have been there recently. The first was more understandable because it was due to two emergencies, I was told. Last time it was due to the acceptance of fillings which were needed by people who did not have an appointment. My appointment was for 2:30 and I needed to have a temporary crown removed and the permanent one affixed. I walked out of the office after 5:30. The staff was apologetic but perhaps more attention needs to be given to serve those who do have an appointment, and then accept others as time allows.

Staff were very friendly, made me feel at ease. The procedure was done quickly and efficiently.

I appreciate that someone called me from the office letting me know that due to an emergency things were running late and that I could arrive 30 minutes later than scheduled---very nice gesture!! It was my decision to do the root canal and crown work the same day, so I understand that I was worked into the already busy schedule at the office. Dr. Goldberg was very kind and gentle and Dr. Helms is always friendly and professional. Both seem very competent and I am pleased with the service offered and rendered. Dr. Helms also made a referral for me which worked out very well.
